I have an angioplasty last June and was in the midst of trying to conceive. Should I try again ? Or pregnancy and raising kids are too much a toll on my heart ?

pardon me, but people in their child-bearing age normally do not have angioplasty yet, so im wondering if age alone can be a deterrent already to your having a baby, plus factor in your cardiac problem...
im guessing you are in your late thirties or early forties, im sure your OB-Gyne has already talked to you of the dangers of concieving at such an advanced age ( both for you and the baby ) ( fetal anomalies become more common with advancing maternal age )... and we have not even touched on your cardiac condition...
perhaps, adoption can be an option ??
but then again, im a deeply religious man, and sometimes you cannot question fate...if it is to be then its meant to be...

you answered your own question... yes its to much on your body both ways pregnacy labour and raising of the child.... your health is at risk highly... you didnt mention your age either... my mother had me back in the late 60s... she had a bad heart ... technology is not like today so she didnt know . but to say the least she left behind my brother 8 years of age and me 4 years of age. my mother was 26 years old,,, had a bad heart disease and needed hert surgery. she didnt make it. prior to having children she knew she had a bad heart but didnt know it would pass on to her children . nor shorten her life. so this question you ask... is totaly up to your choice if your kids are ok with you gone early in life. or are you ok with it , because you want to bring joy to your life.........its all your choice... its your body and your decision..... best of luck what ever you decide... oh ps you should ask yoour cardiologist what he/she thinks... he will get more in depth of it...

My friend almost died of an majior heat attack and cannot conceave and Im glad because she will die if she has another but is willing to conceave for herself and her husband that she very much loves
