Calf raises. Stand on the edge of a stair with your heels hanging off of the edge; only the front half should be on the stair. Lower yourself as low as you can go (without over stretching), then push up. Use weights as your calf gets stronger.

Calves tend to be genetically driven, but it doesn't mean you can't induce hyperplasia. It just takes extreeeeeme dedication. Most people work calves as an afterthought. On leg day, someone might do 3 quad exercises, 3 hamstring exercises, then 1 calf exercise (if they have time). If you give your calves as much attention in the gym as your other leg muscles, they will grow.

Calf raises. Hold a bar on the back of your shoulders, and stand on something that raises you off the floor, with your heels off the edge. Raise and lower yourself using just the muscles in your calves.

The best way to achieve your objective is by doing calf raises..Standing straight ,rise on your tippy toes then back to normal and repeat 50 times untill you feel the burn also try it while holding wieghts in your hand. You can also do it while standing on the edge of something like a curb,or stair.

Make sure you feed them everyday before sun up. And make sure they have plenty of mothers milk. They're just calves you know. Don't expect too much out of them while they are so young.
I hoe this helps.
Good Luck!

It would take about 6 months to notice any difference. Riding a bicyle would help.

Run on the balls of your feet about 2 miles, three days a week.

Calf raises, like 2000 every day:

Stand up on your tip toes, with your toes pointed forward (back)
Stand up on your tip toes, with your toes pointed in (outer)
Stand up on your tip toes, with your toes pointed out (inner calf)
