If I may be so bold and forward to say that I recommend you buy Chromium Picolinate instead of Green Tea Extract.

I found Green Tea Extract to be okay for water weight (edema) and to curb hunger....but if you are generally a person that is not persistantly plagued by hunger (in other words, your not a big 'snack' person), then you will want to buy Chromium Picolinate.

I love Chromium Picolinate, it breaks down the adipose tissue (fat) as well as helps break down the glucose into glycogen and insulin...and as long as you eat healthily and exercise, you lose weight rather fast.

I tried them for about a week.They curbed hunger but they also made me feel like I had drank 20 cups of coffee without a break between each cup.The caffeine made me so jittery and jilted that I had to stop taking them...Which is interesting because green tea is supposed to have less caffeine than any other tea,soda,and coffee.
I didn't like the feeling that it was controlling me instead of the other way around...
