I quit smoking on Sunday night at 10pm. Today is Thursday, 4 am (I work night shift) I have not been having the dreaded nictoine withdrawl symptoms as I feared...then it hit me. Is the nicotine still in my system? And how long does it take before it gets out? I heard it was about 3 days that it took to get completely out?

if i have a government job that i have worked at for some time now, and now i have developed anxiety and depression , the job is high stress in the fire fighting field, and i believe the position that i work at is contriduting to my angsiety and deprestion, will the government find me a new position, what should i do ?

I was told that 48% of homosexual men have HIV. I think that this is rather high and probably an exaggeration. But others in the room all agreed. Apparently it was heard on some news broadcast (which really does not mean a whole lot to me). Does anyone have any stats on this?

im homeschooled and latly I've been feeling weird, Like Im under-pressure, i get nervous alot, i dose off constantly, i cant focus, i shake for no reason, i get depressed, and i dont know how to talk to people, i drink alot, and dont know who i am as a person.



im not how i used to be or how i thought i used to be, is this weird? My friends also think im "different"

I need to lose some weight pretty fast, but cant run coz of my knees, and Do Not Wanna Go 2 The GYm!!! I used to go and hated it there? I have a sensible diet, eat small portions and cut down on carbs and stay away from sugar, yet i still gain weight. I no i need to do more exercise, so whats worked for you?

has anyone ever had a spinal tap? i had one dun 2 day but as soon as he put the needle in i yelled take it out and when he put the needle in my left leg felt like it was struck by lightning and it flew up and my leg still hurts bad and theres alotta pressure where he put the needle in ..and i keep callin him and he says to rest should i worrry?

When I was 10 years old, my sister's ex boyfriend who was 25 at the time, would find subtle ways to touch my chest. He would tickle me even when I didn't want to be tickled and would always tickle around the chest area. Lingering touches also in other situations, such as him reaching for something or walking past me. One time I also remember was when I had gotten out the shower and he gave me a hug, when I still had a flimsy towel around my body. This has been bothering me for some time now and I haven't really told anyone about it. I just want to know whether I was sexually harassed or molested.

I just had a bad fall skateboarding and managed to get huge abrasions all over my arms and body. it hurts like a ***** trying to do anything so i was wondering what would make it heal faster? to cover it or not?

To me, I consider someone overweight if they have huge stomachs and if they look kind of square. I consider something obese if their thighs are protruding or if they are extremely round. I do not consider chubby people to be overweight, just extra padding.

I have a very serious case of PCOS and after years of struggling I want my ovaries out. I'm 32, married and have no children and I began asking about having this procedure several years ago. My doctors say it's an option but only with committing myself to alot of counseling before and after. They fear that I'll regret the decision and blame them, I suppose. My symptoms are severe and I'm tired of dealing with them. Has anyone out there had their ovaries removed for this reason and was it successful? Did it clear up most of your symptoms and was it worth it? I know it won't help with my weight but some relief with the other problems would be wonderful.

Hi, for the past month my both of my eyelids have been swollen. Its not the actualy eye lid, but the area right underneath the eye brow. I have recently been on dexedrine, or dextroamphetamine, and maybe that is the cause of this. Yet i have been on adderall for a few months before and have not experienced swollen eyes. Ive tried putting ice on my eyes and water and everything, yet the swelling will not go down at all!

How can i get rid of the swelling and wat is it that is causing the swelling?
