Chlamydia is cured with antibiotics. Only a doctor can tell which one is right for you.
The Centers for Disease Control does revise their guidelines on STDs. You can look it up on cdc.gov if you really want to get the specifics and latest on treatment.

Cartier, looks like you should be making a trip to the Doctor's Office with a quickness! If you can't afford a Doctor or if you don't have insursance go to the County Health Department. You can get treatment there.

With a simple antibiotic. If you have tested positive, your doctor should have given you a prescription right then. There's no reason not to, antibiotics are safe and cheap.

Unless you have a stock of very powerfull antibiotics, you have to just be a man and get the prescription stuff. If I can remember the name of it, I'll post that as well, so you can seek black-market sources.
But please, don't screw around, you'll be sterile if you wait too long.

Go to the doctor. They will prescribe you with an anti-biotic that you take for a week and then you're all good.
