Every state I've checked into recently has a medical assistance plan for low income people. In Washington its called Basic Health, In CA its called HIPPA. Also, there is Welfare and medical coupons to help with surgery and get back on your feet. It all depends on what you want.

any femal things like that, goto planned parenthood... otherwise, there is a program called MIA (medicaly indendunt adults )probably spelled that wrong... that works for 3 months, andalso goes back 3 months for prior bills... but seriously if shes got lumps she NEEDS to go get a breast exame sooner the better!!! planned parenthood will often take care of the bill or at least tell you programs that will...if nothing else, goto a doctor and tell you youll pay them in installments.... she needs to get that checked RIGHT AWAY!!!! breast cancer is no joke good luck and God bless
