What can I do to help from getting sick all the time?

Wash your hands. It is the way viruses are passed. Keep a bottle of anti-bacteria lotion with you and use it between. Everything that people touch, especially money has germs and viruses on them. Keep your hands away from your face and eyes too.
I work in a small store and haven't been sick yet after 5 months.
Proper hygiene will help you keep from getting sick and help you from spreading it too.

Take Airborne, and wash your hands a lot.
By the way, it's "viruses".
