I would definitely suggest a trip to the Dr. I don't think yahoo Answers is going to be the place where you will get a reliable diagnosis for what your condition may be. It could be something serious so before you take our advice think about going to a Doctor. Good luck.

What it looks like to me is necropathy-the foot disorder some diabetics and non-diabetics get. That sort of looks painful. A dermatologist could probably give you some creme for that that would heal it right up. If you can't afford a dermatologist, you might want to look into some of the Dr. Schols products--they now make a creme for very dry and cracked skin.
