I have ibs and want to start taking fiber supplements. there are many names and ways available. Which way is the best pill or liquid? Which name brand? metimucil or benefiber? and what could happen if i take too much? what exactly does fiber work?

I'm female. I'm 5' 3. I am usually at 106 and finally got up to 111 and I worked out for 20 minutes and lost 3 pounds like that. I really want to gain weight but I am very active with sports, and dance. I want to be between 115 and 120 in about 4 months. I eat alot and I can only eat so much. Nothing seems to work!

all my nightmares have something in common ever since I was little, some one is attacking me, or trying to rape, kidnap, or hurt me in some way, and there is a slim chance that if I scream loud enough I will be saved I open my mouth to scream and only a wispering sound comes out , then I am crying and trying to scream as this person attacks me, and then I always wake up in a cold sweat with tears on my face to the sound of my own bloody murder screams

I have bad knee pain(13 and play tons of sports) my parents are out of town until tomorrow night so im staying home alone tonight and my friend who lives up the street is bringing me to a b-ball game tomorrow. What do i do about my knee? How much do i play? Should I talk to my coach? Play and just tell him when it hurts so he can check it out?

Ok...my best friend is sick and I don't know what's wrong. Can you please help!?! She is very dizzy when she is standing. When she sits down her stomach hurts. My boyfriend is taking a blood drug test next week. He hasn't smoked for about 2 1/2 weeks. Before the 2 1/2 weeks, he was a moderate smoker (a bowl per day/ a couple hits per day). At the time of the test, he will have been drug-free for a little over 3 weeks. What are the chances he will pass? He has been drinking a moderate amount of water and juice to flush the system. I know they say that it takes about a month (give or take) for marijuana to get out of system, but since he wasn't a heavy smoker, will 3 weeks be enough?
