Im only 24 years old and have no prior health complaints. Whats happening?

You need to call 9-1-1 NOW! You could be having a heart attack, yes I have seen them as young as you! You may have an infection of the heart or it's mebranes (pericarditis, mycarditis..) Either way, it is very serious. Even if your symptoms are from pneumonia, it is serious to feel the way you do. Please do directly to the ER! NOW!

Immediately take a couple of aspirin and go to a hospital, if possible get a friend to drive your or cab it. It doesn't matter what your age is it doesn't sound good for your heart muscle. Good luck , I'll be thinking of you. And if it's just hearburn well so what your health is the most important thingand you should always have those symtoms checked. Also if your in Canada call Telehealth they are teams of RN's that ask numerous questions and then give recommendations, but I'm sure they'll tell you what I just did. Good luck.

It could be angina, the pain will feel like a band around the chest being tightened. You will get a congested feeling in the throat and have a cold sweat.
It's a hospital job for you, get there it costs nothing to be sure.

my boyfriend has symptoms like yours just before xmas,he collapsed and i found him on the floor in 1 of the bedrooms,i phoned an ambulance and it was concluded that he had gaulstones.
Apparently it feels like your having a heart attack,go to your doctor.
Dont ever leave yourself in pain,it may well be nothing but you just never know and lifes too short to dice with it

I would think that you would want to go to the doctor and get that looked at. It does not mater what your health is...This could very well be serious.

you need to be calling an ambulance with chest pain and the other symptoms you noted and if you are on drugs you must be truthful to ems/Dr

You should try to get hold of a friend or relative, you shouldnt be alone. If you have any asprin, take one and put it under your tongue. Loosen any tight clothing and try to relax. Ignore these negative messages and pray to god.

GO TO THE DR OR THE EMERGENCY ROOM IT'S ALWAYS BEST TO HAVE THINGS LIKE THIS CHECKED OUT.
