I'm 15 and I am about the exact weight for my height/age, but I want to get more muscular. What is a good work out routine I could do to stay healthy, and get more muscular? They have a fitness class with weights at school thats part of gym, but it's only for grade 10 and up and I'm in grade 9 right now so I can't do that yet. I also need to know what is the best protein powder to get? GNC has so many to choose from and it's hard to tell which one is right for me.
