what you ARE eating doesn't sound very healthy. you should be getting at least 1,200 calories a day, or your body systems will start shutting down. it sounds like your stomach has shrunken, since you aren't ever hungry. i would concentrate on eating healthy foods, when you DO eat, and try to keep it well balanced. you should probably be eating more, or your body may go into starvation mode.

i wouldn't say you have and eating disorder because you are eating ..is this what you have been eating for while?..have you been cutting back on food at all? I can understand why your family is worry though that is a small amount of food. maybe try going for walks or doing a something thats little bit more aethletic during the day..get your heart pumping and make you build up an appitite so you will eat...maybe that way you can ease you families worries.

Whats wrong with that? I'm 32, weigh 210 and I have coffee in the AM, an apple and some pretzels for lunch and a small dinner, and I feel just fine, and I work out 2 or 3 times a week. I feel fine. You might just have a slow metabolism like me.

I doubt you have an eating disorder, but you have lousy eating habits. You may think you are feeling fine eating this way, but if you would start eating healthier stuff, like even yogurt, crackers and cheese, veggies etc..I bet you'd see and feel the err of your ways. Alot of people don't eat breakfast, but why not try to grab even a peice of string cheese in the AM. You do need to make an effort to eat better and break these bad habits. Good luck!

Hi i have a fair idea what your going through i have been through the same and was referred to a dietitian as i as told i was anorexic even though i knew i wasn't and eventually the docs agreed that for an unexplained reason i am suffering form an appetite that increases and decreases and they are happy that i don't have an eating disorder. Maybe you have something similar. Good luck.

probably not a disorder, but you seriously need to start eating healthier foods, even if the amount is little. cut the gatorade, chips, and krispy...they're all soooo unhealthy!!! eat carrots, broccoli, etc... healthy foods that are varied in color.

I lost 30 some kilos when you consider that August. i could stand to lose it notwithstanding notwithstanding it truly is not any longer the right way.

Probobly not, but you are getting no nutrition. Feeling tired or foggy headed, eat something good for you.

I doubt it. The stuff you are eating isn't healthy, if you had a problem you wouldn't go near that stuff. If you're worried you should go see your doctor.

Make sure you are getting enough nutrition and you are not losing an unhealthy amount of weight.
