This happens more often than you might think. This woman needs to see her Doctor or Gynecologist to have what is basically similar to a circumcision for a man. The Doc will know what it is called.

then, you have to figure out another way to please her and she shuold try to please you in another way. maybe she just isnt lubricated enough for easy insertion. try to arouse her much more so she gets really wet, or use ky jelly, NOT ky liquid. try anal, if she doesnt mind or look into plastic surgery- they can fix that belive it or not.
