get baby oil and masage it into your elbows every morning and avery night before bed time best time is right after you took a bath because your scin is soft and your swetholes underneeth tiny hear is stil open from the hot water and your skin is relaxed and will suck in the oil witch will moisterize it from inside. then try wearing tops that cover your elbows until problem is solved. don sit with naked elbows on tabels or enyting it just makes it wors. GOOD LUCK!!! I had the same problem and this helped for me and for the last 3 years i never suffered from dry elbows nees or dry heels on my feet again baby oil can do wonders if you just juse it right...

wet them, apply baby oil, rinse with water, dab dry with towel (don't wipe dry) and your problems will be gone.
