i have heard that having sex is very healthy and also a great way to loose wait because its excellant exercise..

Yes it's very healthy if your married :O) It raises your heart rate and that's always good, like exercising. This is a gift from our Creator if it's done according to the Marriage arrangement. It relieves stress and there are alot of other health benefits. I even read a study once that said men who have sex lower their chances of heart disease.

sex is healthy if you actually get into it instead of just lying there like a bump on a log. you have to work at it and get your heart rate up and maybe sweat a littel bit, just like if you were going to actually work out. if you just run for a few minutes it doesn't do you any good but if you run for twenty minutes you just burnt some serious calories.

Absolutely!! It's a great work out, it helps your skin, it helps your mood, etc... Sex is very healthy. Have it often..

It is very good at burning calories (as I've noticed) as long as you don't do 600 hours a week because you might wear yourself out a bit.

Sex is VERY health, Healthy for the mind, and body. Ask your doctor. he'll tell you. It keeps your heart pumping and endorphins flowing..

It's healthy...I don't know about losing weight unless you are doing it five times a day and for an hour each time...

Rigourous activity is a great way to lose weight. It is even better when in a committed relationship.
