Maybe. You ovulate about 14 days after the beginning of your period. You have to ovulate for the sperm to have an egg to fertilize. However, sperm can hang around inside of you for as long as 5 or even 7 days. Plus, it would also depend on how regular your cycle is. If your period is irregular, you may ovulate at different intervals too. And to top it all off, babies never follow the rules. Some people have even gotten pregnant during their preiods because basically, bodies are still pretty much a mystery. If your next period is late, get a pregnancy test but try to relax until then because it's too early to tell now.

It's possible but highly doubtftul. If you think you might be pregant get a test...We can't really say yes or no because we do not know your history some woman can ovulate on their period which is rare and some can ovulate right after their period. If you are irregular then it kind of increases your chance of pregnancy due to the fact that your periods are sporatic and with that you don't really know when you are going to ovulate. If you are regular and know when you ovulate you usually ovulate around the same time every month. alot of woman ovulate about 12-15 after their last period but remembering that everyone is different.

A women's menstrual cycle is not an exact science.

If you are trying for a child, current thinking shows that most women that have a regular 28 day cycle would ovulate on the 15th day after the start of her period.

If you period started on the 1st, lasting 5 days and intercourse on the 8th day, then probably not.

But if your menstrual cycle is erratic, then it's anyones guess.

Some pregnancy tests are so accurate that it can be done 4 days before your next period is due. Good luck and remember if having a child is not for you, and you are not pregnant. precautions!

Yes. You can even get pregnant having sex during your period, as it all depends on when you ovulate. If you normally have a regular 21-28 day cycle, you may be ok. But if you are late for your next period, do a test.

Anything is totally possible, but if your period lasts 3-5 days, you wouldn't be in the part of your cycle where you are ovulating. It is highly unlikely that you would have become pregnant.

HOWEVER, just know that sometimes women's bodies ovulate at very unexpected times - very early or very late in their expected cyle.

Please always practice safe sex. If for no other reason, then for your health.

Good luck to you!

where u protected? If the answer is no, then there is still a chance you could be pregnant, most women are at their most fertile 2weeks after their period. but it obviously varies from woman to woman. On the other hand i am not a woman, but this is what i have heard. anyways point is, yes you could very well be pregnant, its just not as likely as if u where 2 weeks later.

There is no way you could get pregnant. Taking for granted 1. your menstrual cycle is 28 days and 2.it lasts not more than 5 days.

If you had unprotected sex there is every chance that you could be pregnant, not to mention the STD's you put yourself at risk of. If it is within 72 hours of unprotected sex you can get the Morning After Pill from your local chemist or your GP.

ANYTIME you have unprotected sex you can get pregnant AND you can also get STDs and HIV.

You won't be able to check for pregnancy until you are past your next period by at least a week.

Yes. Even though the 'experts' go on about ovulation, fertile times, and women only getting pregnant between certain days.... you can get pregnant just about any time of your cycle, because women are not textbook cases and we dont work like clockwork.
