Ok...my best friend is sick and I don't know what's wrong. Can you please help!?! She is very dizzy when she is standing. When she sits down her stomach hurts. She is sweating and her skin feels hot but she says she's freezing cold. Please help...I feel bad that I don't know what to do but comfort her. HELP!

I took her to the school nurse and the nurse just gave her something for the stomach aches....and had her lay down for 10 minutes...when she got up she practically fell down if I didn't catch her. (This happend about 5 minutes ago)

You need to get her to a doctor, or urgent care center. There are many illnesses/diseases the encompass those symptoms.

Is she dehydrated? Low blood sugar?
What you should really do is call an ambulance. They can evaluate how sick she is and take her to the ER if necessary. She sounds like she needs help NOW.
At the very least, you need to call her regular doctor or the nurse in the office and explain the symptoms to them and they'll advise you what to do.

a good way to comfort her is to make her a "sick couch" in front of the TV if there is a couch put a lot of blankets and pillows and if you have any soft stuffed animals. bring a chair over and put some medecine and tissues and other stuff she might need. sit and watch tv with apple snacks

Sounds like she might be running a fairly high fever. Take her temperature and then maybe get her to urgent care. It might be nothing more than the flu, or it could be something bad, but only a full medical evaluation can determine.

go to the doctor!!!!!!! have them check her for lupus... my mom had really bad chills and would sweat but she said she was freezing (this was during the SUMMER!). the doctors finally diagnosed her w/ lupus a week later after several days in the hospital. idk its worth a shot but take her to the doctor right away!
