Me and my boyfriend have white stuff in the back of our throats and are SICK AS HELL with sore throats and flu symptoms. at some point we were both crying. Im going to the doc today, is there anything he can possibly perscribe me that can control this pain any better? Does anything help more than a motrin 800?? maybe Tylenol 3's?? we are simply miserable.

I have cut down on calorie intake .. drinking more water as well.. have started doing Yoga .. I work a very high stress job and for alomost 10-11 hrs a day ... and which is a desk job ...

what else can i do .... I need to lose around 20-25lbs to get to the weight and body structure that i want ..( i do not want to be too think .. just healthy and curvy )

Hi there, I am currently taking desogen birth control. I just started taking this brand this month. I was on Mircette for three years before that. I haven't missed any pills this month. Just went from one pill to the next. My partner and I use pills and condoms all the time because I am quite paranoid of becoming pregnant. Well, about 4 days ago we were having sex and the condom broke and he ejaculated inside of me. He assured me it was okay since I was on the pill... My period is now due in about two days ( I just took my first placebo pill last night). My questions are if someone was to get pregnant on birth control pills what would be the signs.. if I did get pregnant in this instance would I still have my period in a few days?

I play college basketball and i sprained my ankle ina game on Sat. my trainer says that i have a Grade 2 sprain... but this morning i woke up with a huge swollen foot. Myankle is still swollen and it will not go down even though i have been icing it for 2 days and doing the little exersizes my trainer has me do. Could something else be wrong?

hard to go back exercising and some of my friends have lovely figures which depresses me, i used to be so fit, and walked up to 8 miles a day, i have no kids but i just cant seem to get motivated even though ive a wedding in malta in june.

The Dr told me I had heartburn with nausea. She prescribed me Zantac. It's been 4 days, my nausea is still present, though better. Should I be taking mylanta more often? Or between meals? How long does it take before I feel myself? At what point do I say this isn't working?

Been diagnosed with gallstones after getting pains, but specialist said he wanted to rule out something else before whipping my gall bladder out by first sending me for endoscopy. So when they'd done, there were all these different diagnosis the nurse could tick, like ulcers, but instead they ticked biopsy taken and said i have to go back to the specialist for the results. under what circumstances would they take one? you know i'm thinking cancer and bad stuff- i mean i've already been told i've got gallstones so they wouldn't take a biopsy of them... would they?

Ok some do, but my teeth are ok but i have a slight gap in the front teeth and to be honest id be lost without it, i can't imgen what id look like with perfect veenered teeth.

i think everybody needs something that defines their face features, all teeth the same size/all in line just don't look right man IMO.

I want to lose 15-20 lbs, I weigh 155 and I'm 5'7. I go to the gym everyday after work for 1 hr and do all cardio ( the olypitical, the stairmaster, running, and the bike). Throughout the day I eat slow and don't stuff my face and I drink water all day. I even quit drinking. I want to know if its enough? The bad thing is I am impacient and want results now.

Ok, I've been consistently exercising for almost two years now, whew! but, I think it's time to switch up my exercise because I think doing the same plan for so long doesn't have quite the same effect on me as it once did. Problem is, I don't have the time or money to get to the gym. Since I'm trying to lose fat and gain muscle, I do cardio five times a week and half hour of muscle building. I do Taebo which is a great mix of cardio and strength training. I don't want to give up taebo since its so effective, but does anyone have any recommendations of other types of cardio or exercise that I can do which will be equally effective? I was thinking of jogging/running, but I was uncertain because I'm not sure if jogging burns the same amount of calories as taebo does. Anyone have advice?

i had it recently and i heard that once you get it you always have it in your body. is that true? my nieces and their mom get it all the time and the mother has it so bad its moved to here kidneys and such..if this is true i need to find out how to prevent this from getting worse for all of us.
