I think it's completely normal for this height to weight 95 kg.
Depends on your age. If you are young - you might be becoming a man...If you are not that young and don't want to gain weight - stop eating after 6 p.m.

A lot of people over eat because they don't know the difference between being hungry and being bored. If this is the case for you try only to eat when your stomach is growling. Do this for about 3 weeks and it will teach you the difference between the two. It helped me lose about 50 lbs.

If you're really worried about it, talk to your doctor. Also consider a nutritionist. That helped me a lot! You form better eating habits and will also feel accountable to someone else each week.
