Sometimes worrying about trying to get pregnant and trying to time it all right, just makes it harder to actually get pregnant. Just shag every day, and don't worry too much.

I understand your situation, I had a different problem I was diagnosed with PCOS and had no hopes of conceiving, but my mom told me about a product that was published that Lady Dianna and Fergie both took to become fertile and conceive, its Royal Jelly, its all natural so it would never hurt your unborn baby in fact it will be very beneficial in a healthy development of the baby's immune system. Royal Jelly has been around for centuries, I was skeptical but tries , I was ready to try anything I so wanted a baby, and I took the product for approximately 2 months and I was pregnant, I do believe in the product whole heatedly because it made my dream come true of my own baby times 2 I have 3 now 2 girls and a boy, all three all very healthy, you can read more about and research the articles on http://www.beeroyalproducts.com please let everyone know when you do get pregnant my prayers will be with you , its a beautiful thing to be a mommie ..... Good Luckl

I understand that most men are inconsiderate jerks but felt if I gave an honest reply I could possibly be the exception. Forgive me if I should not have intruded.
I understand your frustration in conceiving. As long as it sounds, most doctors say not to worry about it until you have tried fro 12 months. If you want to speed the process along, fertility monitors are great! They are amazingly accurate and often work within 1-3 months. It will tell you the best time for intercourse. When you complete intercourse, prop your hips up with a couple of pillows and keep your pelvis elevated for 15-20 minutes. If using a fertility monitor doesnt work after 3-4 months, I would have the man checked out. I am sure you have nothing to worry about, it just takes time. Good Luck!!

I have a friend who does the ovulation tests and they have worked so far. Check your temp often and if there is any change in temp at all you could be ovulating. Have sex on your 13 14 and 15th days after your period. Good luck!!

Definitely get the ovulation test, let it do the work for you. You may want to start charting your periods too. It will help you figure out your most fertile times.

Yes you could buy those ovulation strips to find out if you are ovulating.
But there's also this online ovulation calculator

If you're still having troubles you should see a fertility specialist or just your regular gynecologist.
Good luck!

the tests might help. If it gets too the point where nothing works, there are other options. Such as a sperm donor or adopting.
Best of luck
