The other day I was in the shower and I was rinsing out my hair and got really dizzy and light headed. I closed my eyes and I kinda like blacked out. I had to get out of the shower and lay on my floor for about 5 minutes until I felt better. Does anyone know why?

According to the skin test, I have terrible allergies. I don't sneeze, cough, have runny eyes/nose or asthma, but I do get headaches. An sinus infections quite easily (3-4 times a year, although that is much less than before I had sinus surgery).

I am on maintenance now with the shots (once a month at $25), and have only noticed a slight reduction in headaches. They have not enabled me to discontinue taking my zyrtec-d and nasal spray ($60 month).

Are the shots really worth it or just a bunch of bunk? What is your experience and/or advice?

My daughter is finishing up a treatment of Xopenex and I had to open a new foil pouch this morning. She'll probably only use a few vials out of the pouch and hopefully won't be needing it again anytime soon. The product says to dispose of open pouches in 2 weeks. Why is that? Does it lose effectiveness, become toxic, what? I don't want to harm her in anyway, but I don't want to throw it away immediately either. I've been keeping it in the foil pouch, in the box, in a ziploc, in a box - surely that could add some life to the product?? You'd think the manufacturer would package it in a manner not to be so wasteful.

I am 15 years old and about 2 years ago I started cracking my wrists. I feel no pain or anything like that. But after I stopped cracking them, they crack more easily now than before I started cracking them. For example, simply moving them side to side seems to crack them. This might be a problem for me as I might start Wing Chun which is a martial art that involves alot of weird wrist movements. I don't want to hear cracking constantly.

Is there a way to get rid of the cracking noise? I think it's the ligaments or something that crack because unlike bubbles I can crack them many times without delay. Also, would exercising my wrists and grip with things like powerball(that cool ball which is hard to hold) or those things which you squeeze to strengthen your grip reduce this cracking?

ps Don't bother saying that cracking causes arthiritis, as there is no evidence to suggest that

In commercials it says if you are somewhat pregnant do not use. My sis in law uses birth control and she got pregnant. So whats the point of birth control when people get pregnant? I know it reduces a womens period but birth control does not help prevent pregnancies.

My best friend, who I happen to live with , and work with, is pregnant. She feels very nauseous most of the time. She was pregnant around the same time last year, and the same thing occurred. I have felt extremely nauseous all week long. I even felt like this before she told me what was giong on, but somehow i already new, due to what happened last time. Unfortunately, last time she had a miscarage so I wasnt really sure if what I was feeling could be classified as "sympathy" feelings. I know that husbands are capable of feeling all kinds of symptoms when their partners are impregnated, but is it possible for me to be feeling the same??? There is also no way possible that I might be pregnant either, as I just ended my period.... any thoughts?
