I want to loose 15 pounds by March 2006...what kind of diet and exercise would help?? Please suggest? I eat veggie food!

its January, and you want to lose fifteen pounds by March??
I am sure it probably could-be done, however, I am not a big fan of fast-weight-loss, and I will tell you why :
1) too lose alot of weight fast requires POOR eating habbits that are very UNhealthy.
2) often when weight comes off fast it comes back just as fast.
SOLUTION :
change your plan to this :
" I dont want to diet for a time, I want to eat healthy for life "
and see a NUTRICIANIST AND A DOCTOR.
get their advice.
your doctor can send you to a nutricianist.
they can give you a healthy eating plan you live by.
the weight will come off in a healthy way and in a healthy time frame.
good luck.
also:
exercise daily.
drink alot of water.
stay away from junk food and junk snacks,.
eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables for snacks.
and eat three well-balanced meals every day.

got nuts with nuts eating a handful of nuts will help you stay full try soaking them in water for a different texture
