I am 15 years old and about 2 years ago I started cracking my wrists. I feel no pain or anything like that. But after I stopped cracking them, they crack more easily now than before I started cracking them. For example, simply moving them side to side seems to crack them. This might be a problem for me as I might start Wing Chun which is a martial art that involves alot of weird wrist movements. I don't want to hear cracking constantly.
Is there a way to get rid of the cracking noise? I think it's the ligaments or something that crack because unlike bubbles I can crack them many times without delay. Also, would exercising my wrists and grip with things like powerball(that cool ball which is hard to hold) or those things which you squeeze to strengthen your grip reduce this cracking?
ps Don't bother saying that cracking causes arthiritis, as there is no evidence to suggest that
