my mum has anaemia at the moment and she is always feeling drained and tired, maybe you should visit your doctor to check your iron levels, or maybe it could just be down the time of year. hope you feel better soon

You have not really given us enough information but we can only try, first get your self a healthy diet, stay away from f@ggs and booze, and get your self some st Johns wart ( this will help a great deal with SAD and cheer you up) get some vitamins into your system, get out and have some brisk walks, it might help if you had a blood test or have your blood pressure checked, get your self some early nights and get up early in the mornings this will help with lethargy, think positive thoughts, remember the old saying healthy body and healthy mind, well, its true, good luck and I hope this has helped and you feel better soon.

Do you get excercise? Fresh air? Do you drink a lot of caffinated beverages? Try getting more excercise and more fresh air. Cut back on caffine in your diet and drink at least half a gallon of water a day. If this doesn't help then you may have depression or chronic fatigue. Along with everything else I suggested you could try an all natural mood enhancer such as St. John's Wort or fish oil tablets.

...Your body is mostly water. Drink water right now, then maintain: (between food and drinking about 8 glasses every day). Then get regular rest (at least 8 hours). Maintain a regular schedule of going to sleep. Get regular exercise:(every other day). Then eat properly. You know fruits and veggies first then proteins, then grains. If you do alcohol only in moderation. If you do recreational substances, that could be a major factor in being 'really drained'
Good Luck and Happy New Year.

it might be du to so many things and unless you give us more information I don't think anyone will be able to help you.
But the only thing you van do is to make an appointment with Nutritional Therapist and they can do all the tests for you.
you condition may be anything from Yeast infection to food intolerance or simply adrenal exhaustion, under active thyroid, hormonal imbalance! don't waste time but go visit Nutritionist.

Eat plenty of fruit and veg, drink lots of water and get lots of sleep. If that doesn't work, go to the doctor - but it is best to rule the simple things out first.
