I want to lose 15-20 lbs, I weigh 155 and I'm 5'7. I go to the gym everyday after work for 1 hr and do all cardio ( the olypitical, the stairmaster, running, and the bike). Throughout the day I eat slow and don't stuff my face and I drink water all day. I even quit drinking. I want to know if its enough? The bad thing is I am impacient and want results now.

Your actually off to a good start. It takes time to see results. You didn't mention how far along you are in your plan, but it could take up to 3 months or more see major results. If you want to increase the burn try increasing the intensity of your workouts. Also are you strenght training? If not, start now and you see see faster results. If your are maybe increasing the weight or adding an additional strenght training day may help. Good Luck!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

What you are doing should work. According to your BMI you are at a healthy weight (so don't get discouraged if the pounds don't just melt off), but there is nothing wrong with toning up. I can not see you losing any more than 10 pounds unless you have a very small bone structure (or become unhealthy).

That's what I did and have been doing. It'll come off. You can lose 2-3 pound a week doing it if you are diligent. I wouldn't do any more than that without consulting a doctor, considering 3 is kinda on the high side.

Sounds like you're doing everything right. Unfortunatly there isn't much short of surgery that gives dramatic results, slow and steady is the way to do it.

sounds like your doing everything right. Results will show soon enough, just don't do anything drastic to get results quicker.
