Ah, going to see an ophthalmologist is a good start. Contact lenses are given according to prescritions and how the person plans to use them (once in a while, all day...) in general, contact lenses with high oxygen permeability are what you want. Think Accueview Oasis, Focus Night and Day etc. make an appointment!

talk to your opthamologist.
ive heard Acuvue is good for beginners but im not 100% positive. So next time you go to your opthamoligist ask him/her.
