What are the signs of becoming pregnant on the pill?

Hi there, I am currently taking desogen birth control. I just started taking this brand this month. I was on Mircette for three years before that. I haven't missed any pills this month. Just went from one pill to the next. My partner and I use pills and condoms all the time because I am quite paranoid of becoming pregnant. Well, about 4 days ago we were having sex and the condom broke and he ejaculated inside of me. He assured me it was okay since I was on the pill... My period is now due in about two days ( I just took my first placebo pill last night). My questions are if someone was to get pregnant on birth control pills what would be the signs.. if I did get pregnant in this instance would I still have my period in a few days?

What I meant by "will there be any signs" is would I have my period normally being that I'm on birth control or would I not have a period at all?

I got pregnant on the pill and had NO symptoms whatsoever. If you did get pregnant from that encounter, it would be too soon to have any symptoms anyway. It usually takes around 2 weeks to start feeling pregnant. You probably are fine.

I would think they would be the same signs you would get without the pill. The pill just decreases the chances of it happening by about 99%. Also, what was the placebo for?
