Do Not gain excessive weight. If you are pregnant do not gain more than 20 lbs for a single birth.

I got Pregnant at 137 lbs and was 152 the day of delivery. I have no stretch marks at all.

I was quite shocked when the total I lost from delivery was 13 lbs.
My daughter was 8 lbs.

Watch what and how much you eat while pregnant. Do not go berserk and allow yourself to eat anything and everything.

Use good creams and stay well hydrated yes it will help but if you are going to get them, theres honestly nothing that will actually 'prevent' them, just maybe slow them down some) its in the genes and they are very hard to fight for some women.
Some women have better elasticity in their skin and would never have to use any creams...i hate them!!! LOL =)
