I always use the steps when I go to work, I eat a small breakfast, I work through lunch, and then when I go home, I eat something quick like salsa n chips, then Im RUNNING around the house cleaning and cooking. I eat dinner. I run on the treadmill, then do my yoga and crunch time. My question is, when I go home and eat something quick..by the time Im about to work out...have I burned the calories from my snack from just running around the house like a total maniac? lol
