The majority of adults over thirty would say yes, and the older the adult the more likely they are to admit it! I've had a few hard kicks from this life myself and some do make me think that way! But Good or bad, what we learn from any experience may be the only purpose of life!
When I feel low I just think of my family and pets and how much I love them and why, as long as I have one of them I'm loved and needed so life is truly worthwhile!
I may not have experienced the exact thing you are going through if you feel this way now but something like it or someone who has and If you need someone to talk to I'm willing to listen so EMail me!

Yes unfortunately I do feel like life is not worth living as I going through a really difficult time at the moment.

I have to keep reminding myself that I have a great family and think how they would feel if they knew or if I wasn't around anymore. This makes me put it into perspective and helps to fight off the feelings of life not being worth it.

I am having counselling and it helps. It may be that you need it too. It could help you to see things differently.

I wish you all the luck. xxx:-)))

Yes I do, and in the past I have taken overdoses and ended up sectioned for a year.

At the end of the day tho, you never know whats around the corner, and things do get better. If you feel suicidal please get help from either your doctor or the samaritans.

I promise that what you may feel sometimes, will pass and you will be glad that you are still alive.

Keep your chin up and all the best
luv n hugs

Yes sometimes, a lot in the past but I promise you that with the right treatment (antidepressant medication/counselling) the thought of life not worth living will go away

Happiness is a choice, but it takes a mass of experience to develop the tools to be able to make the choice. It's not knowing someone is worse off than you that helps - it's knowing that there are people worse off who manage to still keep their chin up. The happiest group of people I ever met were the Nepalese, and that's because the hardship of their day to day life forced a perspective on them. To them, where another day alive for them and their families was a blessing, there was no room for depression.

This is not to belittle your pain. But keep your chin up. After all, and this is true, you might as well. No-one else is responsible for you or your happiness.

READ THIS I THINK I CAN HELP ( I HOPE )
i REALLY know how it feels I PROMISE

danru and others like you
if you say that you know nothing about it and how its like is to feel like that, there are problems that living with them is not worth it, when you have them you know it
brian
it doesnt matter about othere situation, only yourself!!!! there are things you people wont ever understand. if you want to understand (and believe me you dont) then you HAVE to enter his/her shoes.
BUT

remember if it society problem then change in society (such as switching schools, pass to high school, military or any other thing) can help or there is a chance to fix it in other ways.
there are others stuff but the society thing is not something most of the people kill themself, if i remember correctly most do it when they feel there is no more hope.

something that can really help but its hard to start is physochology help, with a good one its great thing, even for just talk and have someone that can hear everything its good.
(for everybody its good).
therapy can last years, its not 10 appointments and thats it.

(now things are much better) when i felt like that and that was everyday i already said **** god, after you feel like that, god do nothing and for me he is just another **** sucking asshole.

Sometimes yes...But things never stay the same,
One door closes and another door opens.

It's a hard life sometimes but things always improve in time.

An old Buddhist quote states..."This too will pass"

Take care

I have in the past but as I've got older (!!) I realise that I still have loads going for me. I also thought of the people that loved me the most and how much it would hurt them if I gave up.

Stick at it I hope things will get better for you

I'm glad I stuck it out - I'm loving life big stylie both in work and play

Good luck

Yes, I'm afraid sometime I do. However, I have come to realize that things are always better the next day...just hold on! You might need to talk to someone in the meantime and consider praying to GOD for guidance. I truly hope this helps! Take care
