Natrually a teeth whitener from your dentist is best, but if you are looking for something otc, its best to use a paroxide rinse or arm&hammer on your tooth brush these are both ways that you can whiten at home with out the use of a dental kit, however if you choose a dental kit, Night bright is a good brand each will use a 16-22% bleaching solution and work really well, be warned that if you have never used any of the above, they can cause sensitivity, and some redness, you should also avoid any and all dark berries, red or blue--dark drinks coffee and coke--smoking and anything else you may think can stain your teeth while bleaching all bleaching makes teeth a little voulnerable, kind of like sanding a board before you stain it. I am a dental assistant and make bleaching trays all day long this is the same thing I tell my patients

It's robust however I idea I'd not ever get white enamel! After a first-class dental cleansing I might be quality for a at the same time, however then for all of the tea and occasional, I received stained enamel. So, in the future I requested a pal in the event that they had been born with simply first-class white enamel, or that they had a "mystery component". They brushed with Colgate constant morning and night time and flossed. Secret component: Take one million/eight-one million/four cup water and blend an identical quantity of HYDROGEN PEROXIDE. Take a small mouthful and graceful it on your mouth, round your enamel and gums for 30-60 seconds, then spit out. Continue with the leisure of the measured out quantity. Do this every morning and every night time. Your enamel will grow to be whiter regularly. It feels humorous the primary time you graceful with part/part water/peroxide. But it does whiten. Of direction, the fewer espresso and tea continues the enamel white. As Hydrogen Peroxide is particularly low priced, it whitens, freshens, and is an antiseptic.

I've been using the crest white strips but once you stop your teeth don't stay white anymore. They're white while you're using the strips. I've heard rinising your mouth once a day for 20 minutes with hydrogenproxide helps but I haven't tried it for a long period of time.

Good brushing with your favorite Yuppigoop... then dip clean wet FIRM brush in pure Sodium Bi-Carb (Arm & Hammer) and brush another 3-4 minutes, vigorously, till the stuff (soda and stuff still on teeth) desolves, then rinse well. Very very effective. DO it... don't complain... tastes awful, works REAL real good, don't swallow.

Tried them all and nothing really worked...then I discovered Ultra Brite toothpaste--made of peroxide and baking soda...making a big difference, more than all those expensive things...
