Chances are you're not getting enough B vitamins in your diet, which is why NUTRILITE Stress B is a great, all-natural sourced B vitamin to make sure you're getting balanced nutrition.

A three-tablet daily serving provides seven important B vitamins, which are factors in the maintenance of good health. It's perfect for expectant and nursing mothers, or women who may become pregnant. It's also a must have for smokers, people who drink alcohol, or who experience physiological stress. It's also an attractive option to vegetarians, people on weight loss diets, or those who don't eat a wide variety of vitamin-B rich foods or meats

so the question is how do you motivate yourself?
I personally just look at my report card hahah and that makes me try harder
but really
if you have trouble and feel like giving up on a certain thing just ask your parents
always correct your tests and homework problems and understand why they are wrong
if you find yourself zoning out... tap your temple... I found in a magazine that it helps... or chewing gum
if your slipping behind... ask a teacher if you can come in for help
and get off yahoo answers and do your homework
