I would like you to take a guess although I will give you the answer (160 lbs) I'll bet you had no idea. Doesn't 160 sound fat? My bones are incredibly dense. You can't hear someone's weight and assume they are fat. Weight is something that is incredibly complex. I hate that men are always judging some woman's weight as being fat when they haven't seen her.

I think you should weigh what you feel the most comfortable with and I'm sorry people do tend to pre-judge. >

I would have said less than 100lb, because I am that height and that is what I would have to weigh to have those measurements. Dense bones definitely add weight, but you must have a tonne of muscle or something. I think I am the opposite to you, in that I don't weigh very much, but probably look like I weigh more because I have wide hips and a big butt lol. HTH : )

Be careful, with your measurements I would try to keep the weight under 190 pounds. Anything over 190 would be excessive and make you sluggish. Men will understand why you weigh 190 pounds as long as you inform them that your bones are "incredibly dense." Men are usually very understanding in these situations as long as they know why. So, you've taken a big step forward by asking this question and following my guidelines will without a doubt resolve your question. In fact, the next time you meet a guy just tell him right away why you weigh 190 pounds. If you weigh more than 190 pounds, tell him you're dieting so that you can drop your weight below 190 pounds. The best approach with a man at all times is to disclose everything to him so that he will understand and accept you as you are.

At 5'2", I'd want you to weigh 105. I think that would suit your frame the best and accentuate your nice curves.
