Growth spurts last for about 5 years. As far as how much and how fast you will grow, the only way to tell is by comparing your parents heights. Since you dad is 168 cm and your mom is 157 cm, you should be some where in between or a little taller than you dad. Most boys end up being a little taller than their parents. Happy Holidays

It is said to be 25 years of age but due to many inventions and discoveries there are growth enhancers in forms of liquids, solids and whatever... so I guess it depends on how your body will react to these methods.
