i just cut all of my damaged hair off and now i am left with 3 inches of healthy hair. don't get me worng i have no regrets but i miss my length. so is it okay to take pediasure for the vitamins?

You can take Pediasure, Ensure, or regular multivitamins/minerals.

Of course you can. Sometimes doctors will give it to people in the case of severe dehydration. I don't think it's better than taking a multivitamin though.

You could just take adult multivitamins since your not a kid anymore. But if its easier I don't think there are any health risks.
