Oh my.... NO! LOL
Why do you think you want to go on a diet?? Because that's what everyone else is doing?? It doesn't mean they are doing the right thing.

Forget weight-reduction plan I devour like a horse and I most effective weigh 9 stone. This is what works for me: Eat mainly, if viable each and every 3 hours, whilst your frame realises that it is getting a consistent provide of meals it raises it is metabolism, burning energy faster and is far much less prone to retailer energy as fats. When consuming attempt to devour plenty of top protein meals and do not pass too tough at the carbs. Try pass convenient on trans and saturated fat despite the fact that you're allowed the abnormal deal with. Drink tons of water! At least one gallon in step with day. Tea, espresso and fizzy beverages are O.K however they don' rely toward your total water consumption. As for activity I do a little mild weight coaching 4 days per week and cardiovascular (I use a rowing desktop) 2 days per week with one days relaxation. There is a natural notion that doing cardiovascular activity on an empty belly is helping burn energy. This is absolute garbage don't do it. Weight coaching is a well notion as muscle tissues burns plenty of power, even even as you sleep. You do not must come to be Mr/Mrs universe however any fats tissue which you'll be able to convert to muscle tissues is not going to most effective make you appear bigger however broaden your metabolism. Getting lots of sleep may be major whilst seeking to construct muscle. Good Luck

You definitely do not need to go on a diet to lose weight. According to the chart I checked, you are in the "healthy weight" category, not even at risk for being overweight.
However, it's always important to think about what you eat, at least a little bit. In terms of what you eat, the most important things you can do are the following:
* eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits
* eat whole-grain breads whenever possible, instead of "white bread" products.
* avoid artificial products, like things with high-fructose corn syrup (like soda or fruit drinks with a low juice content)
* make sure you eat enough fat. Products marketed as "low fat" are often not very healthy, since they contain sugar and refined carbs. Healthy sources of fat include nuts, olive oil, and fish.
I hope this is helpful. You do not need to worry about your weight, but it's always good to be conscious of your health and diet in a positive way!

You are spot on. If you are concerned about your body image, you may want to look into exercises to tone your body. You don't need to lose any weight and you really don't need to diet. Especially at 13. Your body is still growing and needs a lot of nutrients (including fats) for you (your bones, your brain, your muscles, etc) to develop normally. Without them you could cause permanent damage.
