i need a daily menu cause i dont eat healthy or right at all and i need exercises i can do at home please serious answers only!!!!

I've had a viral infection and have been sick for a few days. Sorethroat, earache, etc. I haven't been taking in as many fluids as I usually do, would this cause a yeast infection?? I think that I am getting one. I havent had sex in a few weeks, what else would cause this? Anything is appreciated!

Recently, I ended up in the emergency room due to sudden abdominal pain. A CT scan and an ultrasound (both outside and inside) revealed that I had two cysts the the size of golf balls on my ovaries. The right one ruptured and sent me to the ER, but the left one is still intact. Upon going to my local ob-gyn, she refused to authorize surgery. The cysts were shown to be complex--both fluid and blood filled. I experience pressure constantly and pain almost daily. The doctor prescribed me some vicodin but I try not to take it since I cannot drive or really function on such narcotics. The local ob-gyn has basically told me to wait 6 weeks and then go back for another ultrasound to check on the cysts.

However, I can't help but feel worried about the left cyst rupturing, and I don't think it's practical to limit my exercise and mobility to prevent rupture. I also don't feel like the "wait and see" approach is healthy. Am I being unreasonable or should I get a second opinion?

I wake up tired. Sleeping doesn't seem to help. I've taken caffeine pills and other doctor prescribed stimulants but they don't help.

I have a basement room, (No complaints, and I did want that place lol)and love it, but it gets really cold down here sometimes, and the vent is way up high, not letting in much heat. I know that taking more showers uses up tons of heat also, but I'm not good at dressing very warmly lol!

Any suggestions are welcome!

I just recently had my golden bridge work fall off of my bad tooth. Since then, and even more now I have been getting an awful medical weird taste in my mouth. Is this from the glue they used to keep the bridge on? It's making me sick!! I've been gargeling every ten minutes.

I am 20. I have had Kyphosis and Scoliosis since I was 11. I was wondering if I really need to have the surgery? My back hurts at times and I do have a severe case, but no breathing or any other kind of problems. I had heard that once you get to an age where you no longer grow the Kyphosis and Scoliosis doesnt get any worse after that. Anyone ever heard of that?

I'm just wondering because when I was younger I got two of my babay teehth (mollers) pulled out because I had really bad cavities in them. I just had some laughing gas though, and no pain killers and I was fine. It didn't even hurt at all and I was only 6. So what's all this huss and fuss about getting wisdom teeth pulled? Do they hurt more just because they're adult teeth? Do the roots go way deeper and that's why you need pain killers?

My sister is 82 pounds, at 5"3, And she is 14.

It's strange I got it on Christmas and i've been playing the sports like crazy. My girlfriend got her period a few days late this month, she had light bleeding today, and she expects the bleeding to be heavier tomorrow. However, she didn't have the breast pains, and the other cramps she usually has prior to her period this month.
