Well if you are asking this question you must be really young. My advice...just be careful and use protection. Three times a week is nothing hun, try 3 or 4 times a day. Thats the good stuff lol. Good luck and just be safe...and get yours!

It's actually good for u especially if you orgasm. Having sex is a workout, and it has incredible benefits for your body. You physical scent becomes more attractive to the opposite sex, you get a natural glow, you look more relaxed and it's a good cardio workout!

To the extent of my knowledge it is not unhealthy for one to engage in sexual activities for any length of time. However, that does not mean that it is not unhealthy. There are a number of factors to consider - including the current health conditions of yourself as well as those of your partner, the number of partners involved, etc.
