I have been eating only about 800 calories a day for a couple months, lost my period, and too much weight, and now, I was wondering how I can eat healthy again without gaining too much weight.
I'm considered underweight now, and I want to be healthy. Should I eat 1200 calories a day now? Will that make me gain alot of weight because my metabolism may have slowed down?
I'm sorry, but this is really scaring me. I'm 15, 5'2', and I weigh 82 pounds. I used to be about 100, but I looked really fat. I want to gain weight healthy, without looking fat, but in a healthy way.
Any tips on how to start?
