There is two reasons why you have them..... allergies and/or genetics. Your body is reacting to an allergy in 2 different areas. I have the same problems. Also, I noticed that stress can cause breathing problems and an excema breakout.

Asthma is a lung condition caused by any variety of things. Smoking, hereditary, birth defect, list is endless. Something has damaged them(one or both) that causes you to have difficulty getting a breath sometimes. (Spasms) or it can be continuous if it is more advanced.(Always short of breath with little exertion) If yours is mild, it should NOT stop you from doing anything you desire including sports. Just maintain meds as prescribed by your Dr. Eczema(skin eruptions) I know little about.

asthma and exzema are auto-immune response diseases that are your own body's reaction to irritants.
I recommend that you Google Dr. Joel Wallach.
He is a veterinarian and the author of "Dead Doctors Don't Lie"
There has been a lot of research done on so-called animal diseases, but if you think about it we all are "what we eat".
A lack of nutrient uptake affects any organism in negative ways.

My daughter had that and the doctor said ...heretity...and she was tested all over for allergies...so polen and mold sparked them up...so here we were living in a very old home with a coal stove...stoker kind...and it did a very bad thing for her.....didn't put her on drugs though...using possitive reinforcements....to ensure her she could do anything she wanted in life....needless to say...he he...she became a weight lifter....and a model...and a mother....and runs super markets...so...there you go....stay positive and don't give up life...take all that's left and get going
