I got theses small bumps,same color as my skin,on legs, ankles ,?

and arms,sometimes you can only see them in the light,and you can feel them.Could it be from medications I take,or something else.

Try using a good moisturizer. In the winter when its dry air your skin is always covered and will cause bumps. Also vitamin A & zinc.
