Hi there,

The short answer to your question is NO! The average weight for a girl with your height is as following:

small frame 126-139
medium frame 136-150
large frame 146-167

The problem many girls have is that they compare themselves to models and movie stars who are VERY unhealthy. Be happy to be who you are and realize that you are not fat.

If you want to increase your self confidence, I suggest working out by doing cardio and weight training. You won't get bulky and look like a guy, don't worry!

Your BMI, which is a general system to determine if you're overweight, is 22.2 based on calculations. The normal range is Normal weight = 18.5-24.9, so you are fine. See the source link for BMI calculation.

You're not overweight, in fact, that's a healthy weight! But everyone is different, because some people have bigger muscles and things like that. I calculated your BMI for you and it says you're healthy, just right. That depends if that weight is all fat, all muscle, or maybe you could even just have heavy organs, remember numbers are just numbers, you're probably fine.

It depends, are you muscular? I am your height and weigh 125-130.

Nope. If your concerned try something for toning, but I wouldn't worry about losing weight.

bmi steps- height turn into inches multipied times itself, then divided into weight, them multiplt times 703.

18.5-24.9-normal
25-29- overweight
30 to avove-obeise
