I keep stressing out about everything! I feel like I'm not doing well at work. I keep worrying about money, bills, debt, etc. I can't get a moment to myself. My boyfriend's friends are always crashing at our place. My place is always messy....

I can't even relax when I try. Will someone help me? Give me some ideas on how to de-stress.

Before I cut my toe-nails I smell my toe and it isn't that bad...

After I cut them there is an odd smell..

Why is this?

Is it the bacteria growing under my toe-nail or something?

Schizophrenia, dementia and OCD I can accept as illnesses, because there are actual changes to the structure of the brain. But bi polar disorder, social anxiety, panic attacks and depression ? Yes behavioral modification could be helpful, but are they really "illnesses"?

I do not want to discourage my cousin, but I am afraid that he will be denied a surgeon's licence after all of his hard work because of his bipolar disorder. Do they allow individuals with bipolar disorder to practice medicine?

I get dizzy sometimes, and it's really bad, like drunk dizzy. I can barly walk, I can hardly stand. When I lay down, the room still spins. It sounds like vertigo, but when I looked on yahoo! Health, It didn't seem like it because when I get dizzy, it lasts a LONG time, like 5 hours or more, and it's so bad that I have to just lay down and sleep until it goes away, and most of the time, it pairs with headaches and I get kind of sick. Could it be vertigo?

OK, so I have sex with my boyfriend pretty regularly, and occasionally we have anal sex. He wants it more often, but I'm afraid that having it too often might hurt me physically. We currently do it the backdoor way about twice a month or so, but he'd probably want it more like twice a week. Is it physically ok to have anal that often?

I thought I had Gastro yesterday morning- when things started with explosions from both ends. But I only Vomited once and the Dhiarrea was gone within 2 hours. Since then I have had severe constricting pain across the upper-most part of my abdomen (almot considered lower chest). It spans the whole way across and does not favour one side, nor have any particulat cycle- it just comes and goes as it pleases. have had it for around 36 hours now, but can't get into a dr. Any ideas on what it could be?

It's been nearly since months since the breakup and I still think about him WAY too much. He really hurt me, yet I also feel hurt that he's not contacting me (WTF...well...attempting to contact me. I wouldn't answer if he did and he knows that)... How do I recover from this? Why do I have to keep reminding myself that he's a piece of ****?

my son told me about 2 yrs ago about this "zappy zappa" that died ina house that blew up and was his brother. i thought, imaginary friend and hearing the news in his sleep. well lately he has been saying that he is sensitive. ??? i dont use that word for seeing ghosts, i call it the shinning just like the movie. he says no one toldhim this is wahat it is called. he said they get mad and scare him sometimes. i am wondering if heis scitzo or should i take this more seriously? when he was 3 my husband fell asleep and he got out he was found a couple blocks away from our home. he walked the police back to our house. we hadnt lived there long , he shouldnt have known the way. especially walking. what do u think?

I have a very low metabolism, meaning that it is hard for me to lose weight. I do not have that much self-control, either. A couple of my friends have suggested just not eating a lot but limiting myself to about one meal a day. Does anyone know anything that I can do or any vitamins or anything that I could take to help me?
