I have a little battery operated candle/water feature thing on my desk. Everyone loves it that sees it and wants one for their desk. Got it at Walgreens.

Get a mini zen garden I love to just rake and move the sand around , it is so relaxing.

Listen to ocean waves music, or nature music. I really like that, and I do that sometimes with my iPod to help my get to sleep at night.
