It's strange I got it on Christmas and i've been playing the sports like crazy. Now today on the 27th since yesterday my right dominate arm and shoulder [which is the one I've been playing with] has been hurting is it possibly muscle forming? Please tell me cuz I really wanna be safe but keep playing my Wii.

Me. But I dislocated my shoulder a year ago and never got it fixed :/ ... And it's my dominant arm.. go figure... Surgery is all that will help.

So on the serious side. - Nintendp will give you reminders to 'Take a Break' .. well believe it or not, they are placed at scientifically proven intervals where the average human should stop for 15 minutes.

Also - I play Zelda alot. And I threw my arm out yesterday. then I thought, a game should not be this dramatic to play. So I suggest sitting in a chair of you are not. I know its seems weird flailing your arms while sitting, but my arms had no pain today!

You have Wiiitis, it's when you play too many games with a lot of movements. Stop playing Wii for a while, and just keep exercising your arm.

if you're playing nintendo wii, or any other video games, your arm will hurt if you're playing too much because holding the controller and pressing the buttons always puts a lot of pressure on your nerves and muscles. I'd advice you to cut down on playing, and give your arms more rest. And always, ALWAYS do strengthening exercises for your arm muscles and fingers, no matter what you're playing, wii, ps3, or just computer games using keyboard and mouse.

Probaly just tennis elbow from extennsive use of your arms. Try puting ice on your elbows for about 10-15 minutes and rest your arms.
