It could be water retention or even muscle mass since you work out everyday. It is also normal for some women to gain weight around their periods. If you keep happening to get heavier with a good diet and exercise then see a doctor.

You might be adding muscle...muscle is heavier than fat, but you sound like you are not at a bad weight...now if your pants are a bit snug while you gain the weight, I dont know...are you working out like a half hour a day or five min? How are you eating? I assume you arent preggers...

well are you really working out or do you think what you do is working out well any waycheck with your doctor and see if its some medicine he has put you on like any diffrent change in your medical history
