I've tried exercises and diets, but they all seem to get rid of the abdominal areas AND butt. What can I do to keep and maximize my butt?

You can't pick where to lose weight and where to keep weight, but you may be able to sculpt areas by using weights.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

To get tone in a particular part of your physique you may exercising, yet greater importantly you may lose the fat that's protecting up the areas. whether you exercising and there continues to be "flab" protecting the section then you certainly can no longer see the tones muscle tissues below. some issues that particularly paintings for me is: a million. replace all drinks in weight loss plan with water, no juice, no soda 2. do no longer consume 4 hours till now napping (that's the place the entire no ingesting after 6 pm comes from) 3. shop a diary of foodstuff intake and energy so which you grow to hearken to to what and how lots you're ingesting good luck!

Squats and leg lifts, get on all fours and lift your leg keeping it at a 90 degree angle (bent at the knee), theres a machine at the gym that you do the same thing on but you have weights you lift with you foot too. As for abs belly dancing, or just dacing period, just as log as you move your hips ALOT when you do it. and keep eatting what you do DONT DIET I did and I lost my butt. Also stay active sitting on it shrinks it trust me. I have been on bed rest (pregnant) and my butt is non exhistant now.

loose the weight and build your butt up with the proper exercises. loose the weight.... and exercise more. If your butt is a concern... get on your hands and knees and lift each leg individually to your jest and then extend it backwards and up towards your head as far as you can... REPEAT this many times. Good luck and EXERCISE.

haha I love the question. I would just guess that you have to strengthen the muscles in your butt so that when you lose weight by exercising arms and ab work your butt won't fizzle out.

Your butt is going to be proportional to your body. Now there are exercises you can do tone your butt. Afterall it is a muscle so you can work it out and make it bigger :)
