If they are not deficient in growth hormone production, than they cannot (naturally) increase their overall height. But if they have Russell Silver Syndrome ( a rare form of dwarfism whereby one leg might be longer than the other), then there is a surgical procedure using screw-tightening to lengthen the shorter leg over time. Some dwarfs opt to have this procedure done to both legs in order to increase their height but it is rarely done. It is definitely an Orthopedic Specialty because of it complexity, and there are risks such as dislocated joints, failure to heal due to infection, soft-tissue damage, and misalignments. For some patients, they require pain medication throughout the procedure while others can tolerate the daily discomfort of turning the screws multiple times per day. A relatively new procedure does not use frames, wires, or external pins or screws. It's called the Intramedullary Skeletal Kinetic Distractor (ISKD) for tibial and femoral lengthening. It uses magnets to turn a rod that is inside the hollow canal of the long bones.

Break legs, move bones apart just a little, heal and then repeat from start. Is a very painful procedure but you can do it whn young to be much taller. Of course if you are a dwarf then it wont be nearly as tall as a normal human but you can be the tallest dwarf and pat the other dwarfs on their short heads like other humans do.

There a medical procedures and surgeries that are designed to increase the length of a dwarf/ little person's arms and legs. These procedures, however, involve stretching the bones by breaking them and screwing them back together.

there are how you could enhance your height by employing a million - 3 inches yet is long and extremely painful,. the approach includes leg helps and breaking the bones on your legs, the helps are cylindrical in shape and could be set at diverse height tiers, and that they carry your legs in place, First you positioned the helps , smash the legs , and then carry them with the helps , the helps could be set some millimetres longer ,so ultimately bones set some mil limiters longer, an analogous approach is re-utilized oftentimes and since the bones set you smash them lower back, and the helps are set at a greater point consistently, interior of a three hundred and sixty 5 days or 2, your height could have greater by employing a million-3 inches,

Yes there is a procedure that can add height, but it is a very painful one where they break your legs and you have these metal supports and rods and rods screwed into your bones and you have to contantly rebrake them so new bones can fill those gaps... owch...

it really depends on how tall you are, and what your age is, if you gave the details, you'd get a better answer.
