Go to the doctor as soon as you can and have your blood levels checked. You may have hyperthyroidism and can be on medication for it but it is very important you get it checked out. I am the same way, but migraines are a huge part of the reason for me. You also may have (although it's difficult to diagnose) Epstein-Barr syndrome (CFIDS - common fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome). Go to this site to read more and mention all of your concerns to your doctor. Don't let him pussyfoot around it. If you do, the sooner you get treatment, the better off you will be. Best of luck!

Simply take 2 MultiVitamins a day. And
take twice the recommended dosages of
Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Vitamin A.
These three Vitamins are antioxidants,
which greatly help to fight of fatigue, and
helps one to sleep soundly at night.
Also I would highly recommend taking the
the Antioxidants Selenium AND
Echinacea-Goldenseal (combination in one
tablet). Take two of each daily as well.
The multi-vitamin does not have to be a named
brand. You can find at Target or other stores
generics with the same vitamins at a much
lower cost. Vitamins, Minerals, and Antioxidant
make such a big differance.
Lastly, practice Mindfulness Meditation 15 min.
a day only. It produces mental, emotional, &
physical strength, produces positive attitudes,
increases cognitive skills, memory, focus and
concentration, and erradicates anger, impa-
tience, hatred, indifferance, negativity, and as
a result it also produces patience, knowledge,
wisdom, tolerance, and a healthy wholesome
self-image. Mindfulness Meditation has been
proven to be Very Effective by Dr. Jon
Kabat-Zinn PhD., other Medical Doctors,
Cognitive Behavioral Therapists, and Scientists
all around the world. And what is a mere 15
min. a day, considering we all have 24 hours
in a day. How wisely do we use our time ?
The problem with stimulants, (caffeine and
sugar included) is that once they wear down
they put a person into a depressive mood,
having no energy mentally or physically.
The healthy and wholesome alternative ARE
Multivitamins, and those Antioxidants, AND
Mindfulness Meditation (only 15 min. a day)
which will all produce consistent results that do
not fail a person.
From a caring R.N. with a Master's Degree.
But my Source is from Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn PHD
P.S. - Dr. Kabat-Zinn does have an inexpensive
book out called "Coming to Our Senses,"
which is very helpful.
You Asked an Excellent Question !!!
Also, Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn PhD. has a Stress
Reduction Clinic in Mass. if it is near to where
you live.
Happy Holidays !!

Maybe you have some medical issues that is causing you to be so tired. Did the doctor run any blood work on you? If you didn't get a complete physical I'd make another appointment to see if there is something going on. Also, did you know if you have sleep apnea it can leave you feeling exhausted too.

Get a physical to make sure nothing is physically wrong with you. If all your test results come back normal and it's nothing like a simple anemia, check these out--

Also do a general search at the same site for 'stress' and/or 'depression' Lots of good resources.
EXERCISE everyday no matter what. Even if it's just for a walk.
God bless you and don't stop trying until you find what works for you.

If you care about yourself stop takng drugs. They all have side effects like Vioxx. Site below has natural help for depression with advice from pschiatrist. Also it cures almost everything but it is not a product you can take. You have to change your lifestyle.
I used to be depressed when I was setting bums on fire. Then I stopped and I was no longer depressed. Just kidding but I had a point to make.
