Im little lazy and now a days im putting on lots of weight and i dnt knw how to reduce it so can u pls help me?

You can still maintain a "little lazy" and keep the weight off. Try to fit in 3 - 10 minute physical activities per day for at least 4 days per week. Watch the types of foods you eat, and eat them in moderation. Try not to over do any one type of food group.

I know it sounds simple, but its tough. The best way to loose the weight is to burn more that you take in. Don't be so hard on yourself, though, most people, present company included, put on more pounds through the holidays!

your metabolism is slowing down you have to lay off the pop and become more active walk or jog 4 miles a day you will notice the difference and you wont be as tired either

all it takes is watch what you eat ie: eat foods that are brown instead of white like multigrain bread, brown pasta/ rice etc and in small portions and eat heaps of fresh fruit and veg, snack on dried or fresh fruit instead of chips etc... also do at least 30 min exercise per day i recommend walking to start with, and drink water instead of softdrinks or other sugary ones. good luck.

eat chocolate cake. it has a fiber in it called encioplatim that cuts down on fat and adds cheese to a mix of grapes, and walnuts. which has been gently roasted over a fire made out of paint.

if you*re not eating any more than usual you might be menopausal ! your doc can do a blood test to find out !
